The way they dealt with my partner and I was professional and we would purchase/sell through this agent again. Their excellent service was demonstrated on our completion day which turned out to be nothing short of a disaster due to a near collapse of our chain. With two distressed new home owners desperate for their keys the team leaped into action discussion the situation with our vendors and both solicitors to ensure we got the keys as planned. The staff stayed past their opening hours without putting any pressure on us! Although late we got our keys on the agreed day! Thank you Durbins!
